About me
I have been counselling adults and young people for over six years. My style is integrative and creative with a person-centred base.
I will focus on whatever you bring to our sessions and you can discuss anything at all.
My previous roles were in education and health and I have a particular interest (and experience) in working with people who may be questioning their sexuality or gender identity, people who regard themselves as LGBTQIAA+, as well as people with neurodiversity such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.

Face-to-face or online counselling
I can offer a range of counselling times during the week, please contact me for current availability. I work online using a communication platform like Zoom or we can arrange to meet at an accessible therapeutic space in the Reading RG1 area.
I am not able to offer telephone calls or counselling sessions by phone, as I am neurodivergent and it is important for me to be able to see you in order to work most effectively.
